GJJSingapore.com: Lead Capture for a Martial Arts Academy

Overview

GJJSingapore.com is a Next.js website for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Singapore. The site was designed as a public marketing surface and a lead capture system, not just a static brochure.

The implementation connects the website directly into the business systems the academy uses to follow up with prospective students: WhatsApp Business, GymDesk CRM, email workflows, Google Tag Manager, and an open-source CMS for Next.js.

Goals and Motivation

For an academy website, the most important conversion is usually not an online sale. It is a qualified inquiry that can be followed up quickly by the staff.

The goal was to create a website that made that workflow reliable. When a visitor asks about classes, pricing, or trials, the site should channel the lead into the academy's operational systems with as little manual work as possible.

Integrations

WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp is a natural communication channel for Singapore-based consumer businesses. The website routes visitors toward WhatsApp-based inquiry flows where that is the fastest and most familiar way for a prospect to start a conversation.

GymDesk CRM

The GymDesk CRM integration directly channels leads from the website into the academy's email and CRM system. That gives the staff a cleaner follow-up process and reduces the chance that a trial request or sales inquiry disappears into an inbox.

Google Tag Manager

The lead capture flow is closely connected to Google Tag Manager so marketing events can be tracked without hard-coding every campaign measurement directly into the application. This allows the business to adjust campaign tracking while keeping the core application stable.

Open-Source CMS for Next.js

The site also uses an open-source CMS built for Next.js, giving non-technical operators a better way to manage public-facing content without turning the entire website into a generic template system.

Result

The final product is a modern academy website with a practical operational backbone. It gives the academy a polished public web presence while pushing inquiries into the systems where staff can act on them quickly.
